Işık University's Psychological Counseling Center places great importance on competency and proficiency basics in providing services. Services which are outside are abilities are forwarded to the appropriate organizations, e.g. psychiatrists, special education experts, etc.

Işık University's Psychological Counseling Center places importance on education and scientific practice by encouraging experts to improve themselves, follow the innovations in their fields, and cooperate with other Universities. It also encourages participation in councils, trainings, research and other activities and pays attention to the investments of experts in their personal development and taking supervisions.
