About Our University

Established in 1996, Işık University offers education opportunities to students with 23 undergraduate programs in 3 faculties, 9 associate degree programs in 1 vocational school, 43 master's and 6 doctorate programs in the Graduate School, as well as foreign language education in the School of Foreign Languages and certificate programs in the Continuing Education Center.

FMV Işık University was founded upon the 138 years of culture of the Feyziye Schools Foundation. With its modern infrastructure that can meet today's needs such as classrooms, dormitories, libraries, social and sports facilities, and an art gallery, the Şile Campus was built on an area of 490 thousand square meters. The recently built Maslak Campus is located in one of the most prominent business districts of Istanbul.
