We Proudly Celebrate the Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day on May 19!

As part of the May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, we held our wreath-laying ceremony with great enthusiasm and pride. On this meaningful day, which symbolizes the struggle for independence and freedom, we commemorated the founder of our Republic, the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, with respect, gratitude, and longing.

The ceremony began with our Rector, Prof. Dr. Hasan Bülent Kahraman, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mehmet Serdar Sarıgül, laying a wreath at the Atatürk bust. This was followed by speeches emphasizing the meaning and importance of this historic day.

Inspired by Atatürk’s words, “Youth is the guarantee of the future,” we once again reaffirmed our belief that younger generations will lead our country toward a bright future. We strongly expressed our commitment to national sovereignty and the values of the Republic.
