Academic Training Support Program

Master’s Program in Electronic Engineering: Academic Training Support (AYD)

The scholarships and discounts applicable to students admitted to graduate programs are determined at the beginning of each semester based on the recommendation of the Department Chairs and the decision of the Institute Executive Board, subject to approval by the University Executive Board (ÜYK) and the Board of Trustees. Student admissions under the Academic Training Support Program are carried out within the allocated quotas, following the recommendation of the Department Chairs and the decision of the Institute Executive Board.

The Academic Training Support Program includes:

  • Full tuition exemption
  • A monthly stipend determined by the Board of Trustees
  • Accommodation in university dormitories or access to staff transportation services
  • One meal per day
  • Private inpatient health insurance

Eligibility and Application

  • Only students enrolled in thesis-based programs are eligible for the Academic Training Support Program.
  • The program is determined at the beginning of each semester through recommendations from the Department Chairs, decisions from the Institute Executive Board, and approval from the University Executive Board and Board of Trustees.
  • Student admissions under the Academic Training Support Program are carried out within the announced quotas, based on the recommendations of the Department Chairs and the decision of the Institute Executive Board.
