The results of the English Proficiency Exam administered to select the students for student mobility for traineeships or for learning within the framework of the exchange programmes for 2025-2026 Academic year have been announced.
Students appearing as Admitted Candidates in the List of Successful Students are Candidates for grant, and they will be able to participate in the mobility as Erasmus+ grant students.
Waitlisted students (unable to receive a grant) can participate in the mobility with “0” grants (without grants) within the quotas of the universities we have agreement with.
Students who are eligible to receive a grant as part of the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Learning can receive a grant for a maximum of 4 months (partial funding)* and travel support, provided they meet the conditions outlined in the Implementation Handbook. If they wish, they can benefit from the mobility and continue their traineeships after the two months without a grant.
*Due to the high number of applications and successful students, as well as to ensure the efficient use of the allocated budget and enable more students to participate in the mobility program, it has been decided to provide partial funding.
Students who are eligible to receive a grant as part of the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships can receive a grant for a maximum of 2 months. If they wish, they can benefit from the mobility and continue their traineeships after the two months without a grant.
Students who are not entitled to a grant can benefit from the program with a "0" grant.
Important Note: Students who have successfully passed the Erasmus+ English exam and gained the right to benefit from the internship activity must present an official acceptance letter from the institution/organization where they will carry out their internship within a maximum of 1 months (30 days) from the date of announcement of the exam results. Students who do not submit the acceptance letter within the given period may transfer their " Admitted Candidates" status to a student in the “Waitlisted” status.
If admitted students wish to relinquish their rights, they must submit their waiver petitions to the International Office Coordination Office no later than 14:00 on Thursday, April 3, 2025. After this date, students who relinquish their rights will be considered to have benefited from the mobility, and a -10 point deduction will be applied in the evaluation of their next applications.
Students who have objections to the evaluation results must submit their objection petitions by sending an email to erasmus@isikun.edu.tr no later than 14:00 on Friday, March 14, 2025. Objection petitions sent after the specified date will not be accepted. The petitions must be signed.
An informative meeting will be held for the students who have been granted the opportunity to carry out mobility. During the meeting, important information about the program and the steps to be followed in the upcoming process, including how to complete the necessary documents, will be shared. The date and time of the meeting will be sent to your university email addresses at a later time.
For any questions related to this matter, you can send an email to erasmus@isikun.edu.tr address.
