Our Rector Meets with Prof. Dr. Selçuk Şirin from New York University

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Selçuk Şirin shared insights on the challenges faced by the education system and universities in Turkey, offering solutions based on his observations.

He also presented his latest book, "Either Justice or Misery: 7 Issues, 7 Solutions for a More Livable Turkey," (Ya Adalet Ya Sefalet, Daha Yaşanır Bir Türkiye İçin 7 Mesele 7 Reçete) which is the result of two years of research. In the book, he highlights seven critical issues that need urgent resolution in Turkey, supported by data and real-life human stories. Prof. Dr. Şirin signed a copy of his book and gifted it to our Rector.
