Our Visually Impaired Student Receives Braille Diploma

Şemsettin İster, a visually impaired graduate from the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Department of International Relations, has received his Braille diploma, printed by the Foundation for the Visually Impaired. This marks the second Braille graduation certificate issued to a student at our university.
