The University Library supports education, teaching, and research by meeting the information and document needs of students, academic staff, administrative staff, and alumni. Researchers from outside Işık University can also access library resources and borrow books by fulfilling the library membership requirements.

The collection is arranged according to the Library of Congress Classification System, where books are categorized by subject. Each subject is represented by a letter code, and books can be located on shelves by following the assigned letters and numbers.
