The Directorate of Student Affairs works in coordination with academic and administrative units to ensure the smooth execution of the planned education and training process. It provides secure and fast information and document services to students, applicants, alumni, faculty members, and institutions it serves, utilizing developing information and technologies. The department prioritizes student, faculty, and staff satisfaction while managing processes efficiently. It offers support, guidance, and consultation to all academic units, departments, and programs of the university as needed.
The Directorate of Student Affairs also assists students in leading a peaceful and successful academic life both on and off-campus. When necessary, it facilitates guidance services in cooperation with relevant units.
For students joining the Işık University family, the department serves as an academic guide and mentor, offering support throughout their educational journey. It acts as a bridge between students, their families, and other university units.

Vision
To provide services to stakeholders in accordance with national and international standards. In line with its mission and vision, the Directorate of Student Affairs serves as the central unit for the collection and management of academic and personal records of associate, undergraduate, and graduate students at both Şile and Maslak Campuses. It operates from 08:30 to 17:00 on weekdays at both campuses.
Student Information Privacy
In accordance with university policies and legal regulations, students’ personal and academic records are confidential.
Students can access their academic and personal records via the University’s Student Information System (SIS) using their individual login credentials.
Parents are encouraged to maintain transparent communication with their children to obtain necessary information directly from them.
