Graduates of the Department of Psychology can work in a wide variety of institutions thanks to their analytical thinking skills, theoretical and applied psychology knowledge and skills. These include research companies, kindergartens and nurseries, prisons and detention centers, schools, hospitals and mental health centers, health centers, private psychological counseling centers, institutions where physically and mentally disabled people are educated, nursing homes, non-governmental organizations, various industrial enterprises, public relations, human resources, personnel selection and training, advertising sector, mass communication fields and sports clubs.
Among the main objectives of internship practices during undergraduate psychology education is to support the acquired knowledge and skills with various applications and experience. Our students integrate the knowledge they have learned about various fields of psychology with the internships they do voluntarily and gain observations and awareness about the applications of psychology.
