Why Işık Management

Işık University Business Administration program aims to train the managers that modern businesses need in a global competitive environment. In line with this goal, the Business Administration program has adopted the principle of providing quality education to its students with its dynamic, internationally connected, academically successful staff who are intertwined with the business world, constantly renewing themselves.

We encourage our students to be a part of the national and international business world at all levels. Optional internships in Turkey and abroad (Erasmus Work Placement) are part of the curriculum.

Every year at least 10 of our students participate in international projects. One of them, the MarkSim project (Developing Employability Skills and Exchanging Management Skills in a Simulated European Business Environment) reinforces teamwork by putting theory into practice in a simulated European business environment.

Graduates of Işık Business Administration program can work in a wide range of fields. Our graduates can find a job in any sector, in any type of business, in Turkey or abroad. Our career center creates internship opportunities for our students during their education, proactively helps our students to get a job in the sector of their choice after graduation with career days, executive seminars and company visits.
