Each Unit Document Officer serves as the EBYS trainer for their respective unit. Personnel who need assistance with EBYS usage should first contact their Unit Document Officer. If the issue remains unresolved, the EBYS support team should be contacted.

• For academic units, the document officers are the secretaries of the Faculties, Institutes, Vocational Schools, and YADOK.
