•    On-site troubleshooting software or hardware issues on users' computers whenever possible.
•    If an issue cannot be resolved on-site, the device is sent to the IT Hardware Center for maintenance and repair.
Hardware, Maintenance, and Repair Services
•    Identifying and installing the most suitable hardware for users, based on the latest technological advancements.
•    Repairing malfunctions related to installed hardware.
 

The email usage policy, approved by the Rectorate, is provided below. Thank you for adhering to these policies and avoiding requests beyond the defined limits.
•    Email access for departing staff will be deactivated at the end of their last working day.
•    Departing employees may back up their emails as a .pst file via Outlook before leaving.
•    Former employees who need access for project work or entering grades may request to keep their email active for up to one month (with written approval submitted in advance). However, sending emails will be disabled.
•    An email address from a former employee will not be reassigned to a new employee.
•    Email quota increases require written approval from the unit manager and can be expanded up to 5 GB.
•    Maximum email send/receive size is 35 MB.
•    Mailbox backups for employees exceeding their storage quota must be saved locally as a .pst file.
