Program Overview

The IŞIK Executive MBA Program offers professionals the opportunity to acquire the managerial skills necessary for today’s innovative business environment. The program is designed to help students develop the competencies required for successful business management.

Thesis Track (24 months)

• 7 courses (21 credits) – including 1 core course and 6 electives
• A non-credit seminar course
• A Master's Thesis, supervised by an academic advisor and defended before a jury

Non-Thesis Track (12 months)

• 10 courses (30 credits) – including 1 core course and 9 electives
• A non-credit Term Project, evaluated as Pass/Fail
