• In accordance with our university policies and legal regulations, all personal and academic information of our students is confidential.
• This information can only be shared with third parties or institutions if explicit permission is given by the student. 
         ◦ This policy also applies to parents and unrelated university staff (except with the Rectorate's official approval).
• This principle is only waived in legally required circumstances or in urgent cases where there is a risk of accident, health emergency, or harm to the individual or others.
• Students can access their academic and personal information via the University’s Student Information System using their individual passwords.
• Parents can obtain this information directly from their child through open and transparent communication.
