ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE AMNESTY LAW NO. 7417

Candidates who want to benefit from the Law No. 7417which took effect on July 5th 2022, with provisional Article 83, which was added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547, within four months from taking effect of this article (until the end of work on November 7th 2022) for Candidates with an excuse ( until the end of work on December 5th 2022)  must submit an application to the Student Affairs Department.

Those who were serving their military service on the date of this article taking effect, can apply within 2 months after their demobilization for provisional Article 83 for their rights to be exercised.

The final registration procedures will be carried out in person at the Student Affairs Department and the original documents will be delivered to the Student Affairs Department at the final registration.

In line with the decision of our University Senate dated 09.08.2022 and numbered 2022/21;

Pursuant to Article 25 of Amnesty Law No. 7417; It has been decided to apply the tuition fees of associate, undergraduate and graduate students as "Paid" (No Scholarship).

Students whose application is finalized by the Decision of the Academic Board,

Will start their education in the Fall Semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION:

  • High School Diploma (High School + Associate degree diploma for DGS Students, Bachelor's degree for Master's Degree Students, Master's Degree for PhD Students)
  • 1 Photo taken in the last six months.
  • Judicial Registration (available via e-government)
  • Photocopy of the Identity Card
  • ÖSYS Placement Certificate (For students who were eligible to enroll in Associate and Undergraduate programs but did not enroll)
  • Certificate of military service status for male students (for students from 2002 and older)
  • A certificate of military demobilization for those who are performing military service.
