Email Services
Işık University manages two domain names:
• isik.edu.tr → Used for students
• isikun.edu.tr → Used for academic and administrative staff
For Academic and Administrative Staff:
To obtain an isikun.edu.tr email account, staff members must fill out the relevant form from the IT Directorate’s Forms Page and submit it in writing to the IT Directorate.
For Students:
• Students automatically receive an isik.edu.tr email account during registration.
• The email format is name.surname@isik.edu.tr.
• Students are also added to the necessary email lists, and all relevant information is sent via email.
• The university provides 24/7 Webmail and Exchange services.

Email List Services
• Email lists are available on both servers to facilitate mass communication within the university.
• When a new email account is created, the user is automatically added to the relevant email lists.
