Important notes about internship
- The upper binding regulation for internship is the Internship Directive given on the department page.
- Two internships can be done in the same institution provided that they are in different units and/or different projects. Separate internship reports and evaluation forms must be prepared for the two internships.
- All internship reports and evaluation forms are uploaded electronically to the relevant field on Blackboard. The deadline for summer internships is the last day of the add/drop week. Reports and evaluation forms for internships completed during the semester must be uploaded to the relevant field within two weeks following the end of the internship. In both cases, the second evaluation form, which is expected to be in a sealed envelope, should be e-mailed to the Head of Department by the institution. There is no need to write an internship report for voluntary internships.
- The internship report should be prepared according to the sample report given on the department page. The font to be used is 12 pt Times New Roman.
- The institutional information page of the report must be signed by the internship supervisor and the other pages must be initialed.
- The deadline for submission of corrected reports is 16:00 on the last day of withdrawal.
