Yes, if your score meets the program’s requirements. However, you must either pass Işık University’s English proficiency exam or provide an internationally recognized English proficiency certificate.

Yes, students from Open Education programs can transfer via Central Placement Score (EK-1) or GPA-based transfer (GNO).
 

Failed courses do not prevent you from applying for a transfer.

 

Current scholarships do not transfer, but students may be eligible for a scholarship based on the score requirements of the new department.

Yes, you can transfer between undergraduate and associate degree programs via Central Placement (EK-1), provided you have not previously transferred.

Yes, if you transferred via Central Placement (EK-1), you are allowed to return to your previous program once.
 

 


 

Yes, after completing your transfer registration, you must submit proof of enrollment to KYK.

Final registration for lateral transfer students will take place on September 1-2, 2025 (Thursday-Friday).

  • Students must complete fee payments and submit all required documents before their registration can be finalized.
  • Online/remote registrations are available.

Students transferring to English-medium programs must take the English Proficiency Exam between September 13-16, 2025.
